Outlet SOP compliance

Every outlet, audited to the same standard.

SSF Home runs outlet SOP compliance audits end to end — scheduled, scored in the field, and issued as a verifiable report.

  • Scored against a versioned SOP
  • Evidence attached to every finding
  • Role-based access
Schedule
Recurring audit cycles per outlet, assigned to named auditors.
Score
Checklist scored in the field, with photo evidence per item.
Resolve
Findings tracked to closure with an owner and a due date.
Report
A PDF issued per audit, traceable back to its evidence.

How it works

From a scheduled visit to a signed report.

One path, the same for every outlet — so two audits of the same checklist are comparable, and every score can be traced back to the evidence that produced it.

  1. Schedule the cycle

Set the audit frequency per outlet and assign the auditor. The console tracks what is due, what is late, and what is done.

  2. Score in the field

The auditor works the checklist on a phone, marking each SOP item and attaching a photo where the standard requires proof.

  3. Raise findings

Anything below standard becomes a finding with an owner, a severity and a due date — not a note that dies in the report.

  4. Issue the report

The audit closes into a PDF carrying the score, the findings and the evidence, ready to send to the outlet.

Capabilities

Built for the people who actually run the audit.

Field auditors, outlet managers and head office each see the part of the system that belongs to them.

Recurring schedules

Audit cycles generate themselves per outlet, so nothing depends on someone remembering to raise the next visit.

Mobile field scoring

The checklist is built for a phone held in one hand in a busy outlet — large targets, one item at a time, no pinching.

Photo evidence

Items that require proof capture it inline, so a disputed score can be settled by looking at what the auditor saw.

Findings to closure

Every gap gets an owner, a severity and a due date, and stays visible until it is closed — with the fix recorded against it.

Verifiable reports

Each closed audit issues a PDF carrying its score, findings and evidence — one artefact to send, archive and audit against.

Role-based access

Auditors, outlet staff and head office each get their own view, so people see the outlets and records that are theirs.
